This is a prelaunch information page, not a finalized legal privacy notice. It must be reviewed and replaced with an approved policy before public SaaS onboarding.
Our approach
OCR Documents is developing software for extracting structured information from financial documents. The current public marketing site is informational; public customer signup and hosted document processing are not open.
Marketing-site information
The contact form prepares text locally for copying and does not submit a message to our servers. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical request metadata according to their own service configuration and agreements.
Documents and processing
Do not upload confidential or real customer financial documents to any restricted test environment unless authorized. Planned controls include restricted access, encrypted storage, retention rules and audit logs; actual operating practices must be verified before launch.
Future services
Before public onboarding, the policy should disclose the legal operator, contact channel, lawful processing bases where applicable, regional transfers, subprocessors, retention/deletion schedules, data-subject rights and complaint procedures.
